We deliver with Gebrüder Weiss all over the world.

Find answers to the most common questions about POP fenders for B2B partners.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order is 1 carton of 15 POP fenders. However, these 15 pieces can differ in color – when ordering, please simply note the colors you want (white, black, zebra white, zebra black) and the desired number of pieces in the respective color.
How are the prices made up?
The prices for retail POP Fender are tiered depending on the order quantity. To see the exact carton unit prices, please register or log in. The shipping costs/forwarding costs are added to the unit prices.
Which countries do we deliver to?
Shipping for retailer goods within the EU is handled on pallets by Gebrüder Weiss and the shipping costs are added to the order. Are you outside the EU? Write us an email to info@popfender.com and we will be happy to put together a tailor-made offer for you.
How long does the delivery take?
We ship POP fenders in the B2B area within the EU with Gebrüder Weiss (the goods are shipped insured). Once the order has been received, an average delivery time of between 2 and 6 weeks can be expected. For countries outside the EU, Greece or Malta, please contact info@popfender.com.
How many POP fenders fit on a EURO pallet?
12 boxes with 180 POP fenders fit on a EURO pallet. The pallet has a height of 190cm.
Which colors can be ordered and how is the demand for the individual colors distributed?
The B2B shop offers the following colors or color combinations:
- zebra black
- black
- zebra white
- white
- Color Edition white (base color white with choice of 10 additional colors)
- Color Edition black (base color black with choice of 10 additional colors)
Experience has shown that the color combination zebra black is the most popular at over a third, closely followed by black. zebra white ranks 3rd and white has the lowest demand.
Can samples be ordered?
A sample package with the 4 standard designs (white, black, zebra white, zebra black) for the special price of € 149,- is available in the B2B Shop. 1 sample package can be ordered per customer > order right here!
If you need more samples, please order this regularly via the B2C Shop(www.popfender.com/shop). In the case of a later B2B order, the amount of the sample will be credited to you.
Do POP fenders come in different sizes?
POP fenders are currently available in one size: ø 165mm x 250mm in compact dimensions and ø 165mm x 620mm when in use. Since there is a great demand for a larger model, we are already developing it. As soon as there is more information or news about the next size, we will inform you via our newsletter.

Is POP Fender suitable for my boat?
The current POP Fender size is suitable for boats up to max. 26 feet / 8 meters
The following weight specifications (application specifications) must also be taken into account:

When exceeding the max. length and load of use, no damage that may arise can be assumed by the manufacturer.
Cleaning
Coarse stains or soiling should be removed by hand, after which the POP Fender can be washed in the dishwasher using commercially available detergents or tabs.
Air drying is recommended after cleaning in the dishwasher. POP Fender is not suitable for drying in a microwave oven, in a tumble dryer or similar. After cleaning, we recommend impregnating the fender with our care product which can be purchased in our web shop. This will noticeably extend the life of your POP Fender.
Please note that POP Fender, just like classic fenders, must not be pinched when mooring. The fenders need a little leeway to ensure their function, only then can the POP fender work like a spring.
What material is the POP Fender made of?
The basis for a high-quality product begins with the choice of materials.
We had six materials from different manufacturers tested in the laboratory. Based on this knowledge, we decided to go with TPV SANTROPENE, which is also the most reputable. SANTROPENE’s TPV has been tried and tested in the automotive industry for over 40 years.
Features and characteristics of TPV SANTROPENE are:
- Application for sealing lines
- UV aging, ozone and weathering resistance
- Chemical and oil resistance
- High resilience over a wide temperature range
- High bending fatigue strength
- High thermal and electrical insulation values
- Weight reduction through the redesign of components compared to thermoset rubber

MORE ABOUT THE LABORATORY TESTS HERE!
According to the manufacturer, the material TPV is suitable for temperatures ranging from -60°C to +135°C, depending on the type and duration of exposure, and has been tried and tested in the automotive industry. We guarantee a range of use from -10°C to +70°C.
